Supplying Parts at the Right Time

Issue

For stable production on the manual assembly line, it is essential to have the right timing for part supply. Notify responsible personnel when the part inventory level reaches a low point, indicating the call for part replenishment when required.

Proposal

When part replenishment is required, assembly operators can press a button which triggers the wireless WIO transmitter to send a signal to the inventory storage area. After the WIO receiver receive this signal, the LED will display the 'Call for parts' status. Workers in the storage area then transport the required parts to the assembly operators, enabling the operator to focus on assembly, significantly improving assembly efficiency.
