Access Status Display for AGV Operating Areas
Issue
In order to automate the logistics process and streamline operation, numerous AGVs operate inside the factory. AGVs are managed by a control system which automatically generates optimal scheduling and the shortest routes. In such environment, safety must be a priority when personnel need to access the AGV operating area for maintenance.
Proposal
The AGV control system allows maintenance personnel to access specific AGV operating areas and the access status are displayed using green warning lights. It is important to place warning lights in visible locations and using WIO simplifies setting up the light in distant locations from the control panel.
